CompoTech and North Marine Group have formed a Technology and Marketing alliance.

Southern Spars,  who are part of the North Marine Group,  will handle all marine related manufacture,  sales and marketing.  CompoTech will deploy their technology for the exclusive benefit of Southern Spars in the marine sector.
